Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated in Early Bird or Special Deals.were 100% Non refundable Deposit is required at time of booking.
"Tussock Grove" will appear on your Statement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 10% of total accommodation will charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% forfeit of stay.
NOTE: No refunds for early departure.

Child Policy

Children under 2 are welcome free of charge. Children above the age of 12 are charged adult rate.
